Storm’s Riyadh team connects implementation, finishing, fit-out and bespoke furniture. We review the design and technical details, define the scope and schedule, and coordinate the work through to a ready-to-use space.
What can the implementation scope include?
Complete interior finishes
Painting, gypsum work, flooring, electrical work, plumbing and air-conditioning work can be included in the agreed fit-out scope.
Preparing and furnishing the space
We coordinate the interior elements needed for the space to function, with each item and specification defined in the quotation or contract.
Bespoke furniture installation
Custom furniture can be manufactured at Storm’s Riyadh factory and installed as part of the project.
A defined route through the project
- Review the design and drawings. We check technical details and requirements before implementation.
- Agree the contract. Scope, specifications and schedule are defined in writing.
- Carry out finishes and fit-out. The team follows the works through the implementation stages.
- Install furniture and complete the space. The agreed furniture and interior elements are installed.
- Complete handover. The project is reviewed against the agreed quality requirements.
Design-fee credit for Storm design clients
If Storm designed your project and you appoint Storm to carry out its implementation, a credit equal to 50% of the design fee is deducted from the first implementation payment.
The condition is that Storm must have designed the project. There is no minimum contract value or time limit for this offer. The credit is applied when implementation is commissioned.

Questions about fit-out and finishing
Can you implement a design by another designer?
Yes. We can work from Storm’s designs or from another designer’s approved drawings. The team reviews the documents technically, then defines a clear implementation plan.
How does the 50% design-fee credit work?
If Storm designed the project and you commission Storm for implementation, half of the design fee is credited against the first implementation payment. The stated offer has no minimum contract value or time restriction.
How long will the work take?
Duration depends on the project’s size and the scope of work. The schedule is defined in the contract.
Is the implementation work covered by a warranty?
Warranty details are discussed and defined in the contract for each project.
